I am Vamshi Chennoju, and I had my friend book a flight for me along with my family from Hyderabad to Tirupathi via Spicejet Airlines for 22 May 2022 6:10 AM, and the PNR numbers were PNR 1: XCKU4J, PNR 2: IJ6N3B. But on the day before the journey an executive from Spicejet called me and intimidated me by saying that there is some issue and the flight will be cancelled. And I can either opt for a full refund or a reschedule. Having no other option I have choosen to reschedule my flight to afternoon 12:55 PM flight. But later when I saw in the website the flight was still active. Then upon enquiring from a customer executive I got to know that the seats in the flight was full so they had asked me to reschedule. When I asked the customer service executive they were saying that I had given the approval to reschedule they cannot do anything about it. This is very unfair I had drop some of my travel plans in Tirupathi and had to make alternate arrangements for all those I had done. This is my first flight experience and is a very bad one.
