I categorically state that I have not applied for, signed, authorized, or benefited from any such loan or credit facility. The use of my documents constitutes identity theft and financial fraud.
I request you to immediately:
1. Treat the said loan account as disputed and fraudulent

Please note that I shall not be liable for any dues, interest, penalties, or adverse credit reporting arising out of this fraudulent loan. Plz correct it on urgent basis as it is affecting by cibil score
