Intimation of Fraudulent Loan Taken Using My Documents
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Sandeep Kumar Choudhary, hereby formally inform you that I have recently become aware that a loan/credit facility has been obtained from your organisation by unknown person(s) using my personal documents
I categorically state that I have not applied for, signed, authorized, or benefited from any such loan or credit facility. The use of my documents constitutes identity theft and financial fraud.
I request you to immediately:
1. Treat the said loan account as disputed and fraudulent
2. Place the account under hold / freeze status
3. Share full details of the loan including application form, KYC documents, disbursement details, and repayment history
Please note that I shall not be liable for any dues, interest, penalties, or adverse credit reporting arising out of this fraudulent loan.
This letter is issued without prejudice to my rights to initiate appropriate legal and criminal proceedings.
