We are using Airtel xtream from last one year but from last 3 month we are facing too much interupption in my internet services. From last 3 days we are facing problem in internet service. We have contacted to customer care through 121 to file our complaint but services engineer not come and yesterday we had made call to customer support and we talked to some one who did not file our complaint. We come to know about this when we make another call to customer support that our complaints was not filled.
Pls take it seriously but our work also intrupeed due to poor internet services
