We’ve received very poor internet services from airtel since we came back from 3 month stay out of country. We’ve called numerous times on your customer care number and our complain has not been acknowledged or taken care of at all. The wifi never works hence we’ve exhausted our mobile data. This has been going on since about 20 days now and I am truly very disappointed. I’ve used and recommended airtel for as long as I can remember. This is definitely not the kind of service I signed up for and I am seriously considering changing my network connection company. With everything being online in this awful pandemic, my kid’s education is being disturbed as she keeps getting disconnected. We ,as a family , can never watch TV peacefully without the constant buffering. I hope you understand our situation and contact me about the same ASAP. It’ll be genuinely appreciated.
