I am user to Airtel post paid telecommunication since very old. From last month I start facing issue with using net on my same number, for which I have registered a complaint in airtel customer care. They gave me 15 days time to resolve the same. But after 15 days when I didn’t get any solution I again call to their team but now their response was very harsh for anyone and behaving very unprofessional. I request him to solve my issue otherwise I am unable to pay my bills. Now they are not docking my complaint as well as not waving off my bill amount.
Kindly look into it and the need full.
