I had bought Internet Tv Box which cost me 5k.
I have been complaining the issue for more than 6month.
At last when i have escalated the same by mail.Airtel nodal officer agreed that there is issue with setup box.they said we will update the software.but they couldn’t solve the issue,so I requested them to refund my money.Now Airtel is saying by mail,we are not going to refund the money.
