I was struggling for 6 hrs with network bandwidth, i raised this issue with Airtel on which I was told that ” mam network fluctuate is normal” i told them the soup this network blip has put my job into, i absolutely got no support or resolution other than the technician will come the following day. I asked for supervisor explained the issue to him asked him to close my account because network has been a regular issue with Airtel for me, supervisor initially tried to retain then hung up on me with no callback on a complaint and blocked my call now I can even call customer service to close my account – why am I being forced to be with service provider when I don’t want to, this is very unfair channels have been closed for me contact
