My name is Bibeesh ,
I have been a jio user since last 2 Months. I do not get jio Internet 4g speed from 22/03/2019 …
I’m forced to take this SIM only for a single reason that jio has 4G speed.For that, I spent 500 rupees for this Sim and its 3 month recharge.I do not get the actual 4g speed for last 6 days
i approached the technical team, they Replay that they had nothing to do with it, the existing speed was lost due to the technical issue based on your side,Why should I suffer for the issue?
so i kindly request to you please clear the issue immediately otherwise please refund the amount that i paid for the sim and i’m ready return your sim.
