Dear Sir, i request you kind attention towards internet speed of my airtel prepaid mobile number 8527029961 with package of unlimited calling with 2gb data of 4g. I have complained many times since feb 2020 for internet speed while on the roming to adampur via airtel customer care helpline or through email to 121@airtel.com, their representative on call always say that ” sir you complaint has been registered and it will actioned” without giving any time slot. On requesting they final told me a date “29 May 20 (but my recharge was upto 27 May 20 only) after completing my validaty of my last recharge i rang again on 01 jun 20 after new Recharge for next 84 days but the problem is still sloved till dat, during these periods i also complaint many time to above said mail id but nothing happened. I really frustrated with airtel customer care behavior for not dealing / resolving customer problems. A screenshot for last month internet ussage is annexed. I request pls do needfull at the earliest.
