While in their advertisements Airtel makes tall claims of reaching a zero complaints stage,  however, going by the current response status from airtel this only seems to be a far fetched dream..
 I tried reaching out through various modes to voice my issue but all efforts were in vain…I try yet another mode in hope of a some action against them…
I had recharged with Rs 98 which would have given me 12 GB data apart from the unlimited pack that is currently running for my number 9582933111, wherein I get 1.5 GB data per day.. but I am sorry to say that my data balance from the Rs 98 recharge is still 12 GB intact… I am sure as my pack expires soon this data balance is gonna go waste… the basic reason is that once I exhaust the daily quota of 1.5 GB the internet goes painfully slow… I should rather say it just doesn’t work….
Needless to say,  I will definitely not do a data top up recharge again and ofcourse  advise people not to do so too…. it’s a shame how airtel tries to fool their own customers, especially the ones who are high end users…
Would like to add that very cleverly they have blocked all means of communication by which a customer could voice their complaints…. I yesterday happened to connect with their complaint center…. I was promised that someone from their office would get in touch with me with in an hour…. however,  its been over 14 hrs and no one has bothered to look into my concern…. the executive was dilly-dallying on issuing a reference number for my call but had to finally givein  as i was adamant… the complaint number is  4GSP2…
I am also attaching three screen shots wherein one indicates that I have exhausted my daily 1.5 GB quota… the second one shows that I do have a balance of 12GB data and the third screenshot is the state of the internet speed despite me having data balance… is there not going to any action against such dubious telecom operators who are taking their customers for ride…
