I have been facing internet speed issues from the day I have started connection on 05th September.
Despite being 200mbps plan, I hardly get 50-60 Mbps speed. Sometimes even lower. And to worst to that, download speed I get is 100kbps which is not at all accepted for 200Mbps plan. This speed is without use of VPN.
Over the time I have raised several below service requests but issue has not been resolved.
