I am facing internet speed issue daily in the evening hours , the speed decreases to 1 -2 mbs /800 kbs , we are working from home and this is causing serious problems as we are not able to take the calls and do our work.
Have already the complaint multiple times
But still no resolution which is such a pathetic service experience from airtel.
Custom care says will provide the resolution with in 24 hrs and technical will vist , however technician never visited and got the call that will observe your issue which they are doing from more than a week and never came up with an update which is very frustrating…
