Airtel fiber connection has been installed in my home before 3 day ago. the airtel engineer said me it will give 40mbps speed but befor 2 days, internet speed not working proper. I play youtube videos but youtube videos buring every time. When I Booked complain, an airtel engineer just come and check the speed. Speed showing 40mbps on engineer phone but same time I play the youtube video and video taking time for loding. I show the issue for engnineer but engineer told me internet working fine then engineer went but currently i am facing same issue.
Please provide me solution or not possible for solution then discontinue my home fiber connection and refund my money.
