have internet issue (very low speed) since 13th June and raised complaint for the same.
Technician visited my place on time and told that will solve the problem but without solving the problem he just close the ticket. I called technician 2 times and he didn’t pick the call. So I reopend the ticket, till now no one has revisted my place. I called customer care, they told that with in 2hours your problem will resolve. But till now, none of technician has come. Also chatted with customer care but no use. My problem still not solved.
