The internet speed is so poor of jio in my house that even normal websites don’t open and forget about you tube and whatsapp statutes and other videos being played. Most of the time it doesn’t work. I have even called customer service many a times but every time they have the same answer that there are too many users in my area hence this problem is there. This problem is being faced by my family members as well who also has jio connection. And in the current situation when we have to attend our online classes it is very difficult for us to deal with such poor net connection.
