Respected sir,
I am a jio prime customer from the very first day of jionet launched in India. But i am facing so many constraints in internet speed since 5/6 months. I have launched complaints for 5times. Last compalin was 2nd oct, 2018. But every time i received the same dialogue that due to huge amount of jio users in my area my speed is around 20-30kbps. Yes, its 30kbps. I cant watch vdo and i cant even browse internet property. Can you tell me what i will do now?
