I had raised multiple complaints on the Airtel thanks app and but I haven’t got any update on that.
I am raising the issue again, I have recently ported my Airtel Prepaid number to Airtel Postpaid. As promised in the advertisement I will be offered better premium services in comparison to Airtel Prepaid, I was looking forward to it, but it was the opposite of it.
Now, the internet speed is slow and less stable, I keep the connection on ping, and I see ping keeps breaking in between also the ping becomes too much high, whereas I never have such problem with Airtel Prepaid, in fact, that’s the point I converted to postpaid to get a far better experience.
If this speed can’t be provided that I am just wasting more money on something which is worse then the cheap thing, if resolution can’t be provided then I want the money back on the bill.
And top of all I have raised the issue for more than 1 month but no update on it so far.
