In my area..ngengpuitlang, Lawngtlai district, mizoram,northeast india… airtel keep 1 tower under central scheme..and this tower is useless actually… many students go online classess due pandemic.. Airtel 4g servicing is very very bad..hard to imagine how bad it is.. The network itselft is use to lost regularly..more than10 times in a month… there is nothing we can do online..cant even play youtube in low quality .. i think airtel is a scam company..they does not care about the customer at all..since there is competitors in the area..they lift it like that… Since the interplay a very important role in our life i think the authority should take the responsibility and someone should supervise airtel service .. i think they can give better service than this …. this is very irritating….
