I have GTPL broad band at home. I have been getting slow speed (I have 40Mbps but not even getting 1Mbps). I have filed so many complaints through app, call, email and also have visited their office twice and it’s been more than 6 weeks. They are closing the tickets without resolving the issue/problems. I and my brother are working from home due to outbreak and because of slow internet connectivity our work is getting hampered.
Please help me to get this fixed or refund my amount.
