I got a new broadband connection installed a few days back, I opted for 1499 plan and was promised that I will be getting 100 Mbps speed, however the maximum speed I get is between 2 and 3 Mbps, upon contacting the technicians and higher authorities, I was told that 2 Mbps is maximum they can provide. I want my money back which is one months rent+installation charges+GST and reimbursement for wasting 2 weeks of my time.
