I am a customer of reliance jio network. I have subscription to 399 plan in which they provide 1.5gb data per day but at my house i can’t even use 150mb of that data because of very slow internet speed. The speed is so slow even 2G network speed was far better than this. I had complained about this to jio services but no action has taken yet. So basically they are charging for the service they can’t provide like i can’t use my data even if i have the subscription
