Suffering from very low speed.
On day i get speed of around 1.3mbps only (download speed 100 120kbps only.) i can’t play video even in 360P.
In night time i gets speed around 700kbps. (actual download speed will be divided by 8)
at night i am unable to surf any website. page loading takes 12 15seconds. sometimes fa8lef to load due to very bad speed.
everytime when i contact 198 helpline they tells me it happens because of large number of users.
But that is not my problem. i am paying price of 4G . and i am getting speed of 2G. not even 3G speed.
please File complain against JIO to solve my problem ASAP.
