It is portrayed that airtel is a leader in 4g speed. And there are advertisements that show up to 100Mbps. To many this is a common confusion can’t tell the difference between Mbps & MB/s. However I understand the business are there to make money and not break it. But the speed that was found in 3g was far better then what most of my family and friends including me get (below 200kbps) now all I am saying is if you promise 4g then deliver 4g I.e at least 50MB/s not every consumer in India is stupid, they may not have the time to put up with airtel but there are many who when asked state the existence of the problem. What I want to know is, is there a way to sue airtel for misleading consumers via advertisements? If yes, then I would like to know where do I sign up. I have been a airtel user for 10+ years only in the hopes of a better carrier. But I don’t see that happening and I am now willing to put up whatever it take to get them down.
