Since last two months jio is not providing internet as it promised. Two months ago in my house internet experience was good since then it becomes worse day by day I am not able to use my coata of 2 GB internet because it went on buffering. I had called so many times to coustomer care of Jio but there’s no action taken against my complaint. So I am appealing the consumer forum to take necessary action against Jio.
