Dear Sir,
I got an internet connection on 7 Sept 2020, under the 999 plan speed now 200mbps.
The Airtel outlet people said that it is now in your area only available copper connection @ 40Mbps speed. the fiber connection is undergoing it will over by December 2020. then you get a higher speed.
We agreed and paid 3536/- for three months.
The second bill generated on December first week and I paid the above amount Rs. 3536/-
but till now they are not provided a fiber connection.
And I called the customer service I explained everything that you promised not yet done so far. what I enjoyed so far 40mbps speed that too costs only 499/per month. So I asked them to revise the amount. which I excessively paid upcoming period of time. Airtel’s supervisor agreed that our mistake, but they are not ready to adjust the payment they are denying to do.
Please let me the know-how to go about this…
