My fixed line number is 01145032754, registered in the name of Mr Vijay Aggarwal. so, I’m writing to you today because I’m fed up with your service. Your customer care staff is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. My current plan is of Rs. 499/month, i.e., Unlimited Calls and Unlimited Data at 40mbps. But I’ve never received it. Literally dissatisfied with your service. It’s like I’ve lodged a complaint regarding my internet speed for like 2-3 times in the past 10 days. Every time an engineer comes, checks the broadband, wifi modem and the main line, Speed increases for like an hour or so, and after that, it’s again too low. Am I paying this much to experience a speed of 1.1mbps? What’s the use of having a WIFI if I can’t have a good internet speed? My mobile data gives me a far better experience. I’m receiving 16mbps on my mobile data, then what’s the point of having a WIFI. I’ve my exams going on. There’s a crucial need for internet speed currently. If I can’t have it now, then what’s the point of availing your service. Airtel claims to be the best operator, but I can’t say the same, because it’s always some or the other issue. Issues are with each and every company but you people don’t even resolve the issue. And even if you resolve the issue, it’s always temporary. If the technician can increase the internet speed for a while, why can’t it be permanent? A Few days back, your customer care executive said, “Sir, agar nahi pasand aa raha toh hatwa do, hum kuch nahi kar sakte”. What was this behaviour? Was he right on his part to talk like this? I’m literally fed up with your service. Either I want a redressal of my issue or you can stop your service on this number. There are many more operators offering far better service, but our trust was with your company, which you guys broke. I hope my issue will be resolved this time and that too permanently.
