I have been using jio from past 2 years now. But from the last 4 days the internet speed is highly disappointing. I am working from home due to which I need internet connection with good speed, but these four days have been really bad. I tried calling the customer care no answer from them. Jio is known to deliver good speed but if this is the scenario then what should a customer do when the company customer care isn’t ready to help.
