To whosoever it may concern,

You see I have got my number ported to airtel around 3-4 days back and since then I am able to use the internet services but the internet speed seems a question to me. I’ve heard you guys claim that airtel gives the fastest network in India, well really sorry to say but I don’t feel that way. I really request you to look into this and fix this asap. You see I am a college student, all my classes are going online, I need a fast speed internet. My classes keep getting disconnected due to poor internet connection. I trust this network a lot, that is why I got my BSNL sim ported to airtel when all the people at my place use Jio. I really hope that the faith that I hold for airtel won’t be shaken up as you will be looking into this soon.

1. And also the network keeps blowing me off, it suddenly goes from 4G LTE to 2G and then I have to put it on airplane mode and sometimes it just doesn’t work. Dear Airtel, you brought 4G network in India and are planning about zero queries then do look into this and I really hope to get a good internet speed soon.
