Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to raise a complaint regarding my Airtel Broadband…From the past 7-8 months we are facing a big network issue.Sometime the speed gets very slow sometime medium.Your executives of East Delhi branch Krishna Nagar visited manier times but they didn’t solved our issue about low speed.They told us to change the modem,we have done that also.They changed the wire from outside then also the problem is not resolved.Others our neighours are not facing any kind of problems but ours are not solved..Your executives gives many excuses.They visit us,check our connection after that when they go our speed becomes good for after half an hour or one hour then the problem again occurs….We had complained a lot in the Airtel Customer Care they give us a complaint no. ,write our complaint but the complaint never get resolved…every time we got the same technician who doesn’t resolved our problem.I’m very much disappointed from Airtel Customer Support and your Technicians of Krishna Nagar,East Delhi.It’s our waste of money to take your Airtel Broadband.
Kindly please solve our problem..We want some Senior Technicians of your Airtel for this issue..I want to contact your Senior Head who can solve my problem on Senoir level.
