My name is Harishkumar, I have purchased Airtel Hotspot with postpaid sim on 5th of July 2020 for my office desktop. I am facing internet issue daily at evening 5 PM to night 11pm. I have informed about the issue. They said to fix the will take 8 days and I said ok. Not received any update or any response from Airtel. Again I have informed through customer care number and again said 48 hours. I said ok for that. After 48 hours no response and no update. Again I have called them no proper explanation and reply. Because of this I have to extend extra 4 hours daily with internet issue. Completely 12 hours I have to work. Customer will expect some response before the service. Airtel management and their employees have no idea about ethics and customer satisfaction. They are making money with fake service. Airtel adds are good but, their service is very poor. Useless Airtel services.
