Dear Sir,
In-spite of several time communication with Jio live chat in MyJIO app and jio did not take complain for network problem which i face in my area ,even not interested to resolved it.
They simply reply only it’s network buys due to excess subscriber / customer in my area.
Though it’s Reliance JIO problem to increase frequency or technology upgrade that they trying to impose on customer.I have very bitter experience in last 6 months .
Every day afternoon(3p.m) onward to night (11 P.M) are not getting proper 4G JIO internet service. Some time internet so slow that it cannot load the a web-page also.
Despite of pay full 4G money and getting service like 2G internet.
A snapshot attached after speed test today it proof how internet working in our area.
