dear sir/maam

i am getting poor network from 2016 to till time , i have many times complain to the grievance officer or applellate,care@jio,jioworld,enterprisesjio but i have not found any improvement,i wish tom tell you i am 4 years old  customer but i am worried because your complance department is very week,i want request to you please check and rectify your network speed in my area,if you will not able  to this soon so i will go to thr court,why because i am unable to do the work from home,i hope my conversation is clear.
