I am using jio from last year onward and am charging jio for 300rs per month and am getting 3 GB per day and un limited calls …but on past few months my internet is too slow not working properly…I complaint lot of time but the response was number of users are high so internet is slow and never give me the update and same answer. They didn’t even tell me when it will fix and I am charging the jio continuesly , as a customer no satisfaction from the side of the customer care and they don’t even care the customer…
