I have facing very slow network in my locality from july months and i have raised several tickets with the airtel but they used to auto closed tickets where the issue is still there . I have reached out to customer care 2 -3 times but they just given the false assurances. My concern is why we are charging of full amount when we are not getting the required internet servi what they claim for . Why all burdens are put on customer and company wont listen to its customers .
