I have taken Airtel Broadband on 16 Feb for 3 Months, From 19 Feb Onwards the internet went down for more than 3-4 hours per day, when asked for the issue one employee of airtel told that the local ISP are cutting the wire because we have taken New Broadband, however after 23rd Feb the internet didn’t went down as i told the employee of Airtel as i am going to complaint but today on 5th March it again went down at 9 PM and expected time given by them is 1 AM of 6 th march.
We have messages from Airtel Stating Due to technical issues it went down and expected time is atleast 3 to 4 hours in duration, we have paid full money for three Months of 3500.
This is the service we are not expecting from Airtel, also we are working from home, it is affecting our office work.
