Text of Complaint by Jasbinder Saini:

I hold a Airtel prepaid account and had recharge on 21st ‘Jan 21 for the 379 Airtel prepaid recharge plan that offers 6GB high-speed of total data access, 900 SMS messages, and unlimited voice calls for 84 days.

However 50 days before the plan expiry , i am unable to use by data pack upon checking the balance it shows 0 data balance

Plan validity is till 5th April 2021 but iam not able to use the mobile data

I still got 37 day for my next recharge

Tried calling all the available customer care numbers  non of the number exist as per the IVR , also tried fetching for Airtel store but had no luck

If some is going to look into this complaint kindly try to fix that at the earliest, it get’s difficult  to communicate
