The internet services goes down at any time of day for my BSNL fiber, and remains down for hours, somedays won’t work the full day, i tried contacting the contractor, he doesn’t even care to pickup the calls and doesn’t get any reverts from his team either.
I did made several complaints at BSNL care but no resolution.

We don’t pay BSNL for no internet services, we need proper services for what we pay BSNL, we need the uptime guarantee that we get before they sell out their offers to common people and don’t fulfil later and not give a damn about it.
THIS COMPLAINT IS ON BEHALF OF MY WHOLE AREA WHO ARE AFFECTED BY THE NO INTERNET SERVICES OF BSNL FIBER DESPITE PAYING REGULARLY FOR BSNL FIBER SERVICES.
