On 14th july we bought airtel broadband and the salesman said that if you give 3 months advance you’ll get unlimited internet for 3 monts for ₹2800 and now on 30 july we consumed 150gb data then the speed got slow so we conplained he said ok i’ll recharge it, now its been 6 august and he’s everday saying that server is down and doing nothing and also ignoring calls and blocking other no.’s from which iam calling him idk what do i do now even the nodal sevices are not picking up calls, airtel is huge company i never expected such a poor services from airtel that salesman has left me on seen on whatsapp he not picking up calls and idk what to do in tv ads they promise best services and theyre not doing anything
