I was inquiring about getting a new Airtel fiber broadband connection. Avijit chatterjee, called me several number of times, and promptly came by my house to collect the money and documents.
After that it has been three days, I cannot reach him in any way. He keeps ignoring my calls, blocked me from whatsapp and there is no way I can reach out to him.
Is this the way you people welcome someone inside the big “Airtel family”.

Please look into this and let me know when I will get my new connection. It has been three days, and yet no technician has contacted me.
And please do somett hing to people who cannot handle customers.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to Airtel.
