Text of Complaint by Krishnamurthy:

I want to change my broadband plan. Not able to do it online. Everyone is call 121 and try to reach out to a customer care executives the call gets disconnected after about 8 to 9 minutes.

Airtel should have a better way for the customers to talk to an officer.

Can someone assist me on changing my broadband plan.
