I have a JIo Fiber Connection which stopped working since morning. I received error message that I need to recharge my connection. Which i have done (twice already ) yet the service is not restored. I tried customer care multiple times but there is no option to complain regarding this. I made a visit to the local Jio store but they only attend to sim issues. They gave me an e-mai ID to write to – which I have done and I am waiting for a response.
