This letter being sent to M/s Excitel since 22nd May 2020( over 55 times)

Sub:Please do inform when will you re-activate my connection from server side.
Sir,
Please refer to my emails (55+) regarding dead internet connection provided by you. In this regard Company has kept full silence they have blocked the incoming telephone lines for accepting complaints. They are also not acting on 55+ emails being sent to them regularly. Please please do inform when will you re-activate my connection from server side.
Awaiting your action since 21st May 2020.
Please do refund prorata charges for non functional days into my fibernet account with effect from 21st may 2020.
(NB: As per CC Excited sales service- m/s excitel is above Govt of India and they dont follow any rules regulations set by TRAI.)
