I have a broadband connection of sikka broadband in lucknow sarojini Nagar. My Id is ayushi1417
I am filing complaint again n again for permanent solution for the broadband service for which every 2-3 days I have to make a call for the internet service that is being provided cos every working day internet goes. The problem is even that after 6pm they don’t pick up calls till next morning 10 am . And due to having international working hours I am facing problem .
