Dear Airtel,
I am regular and trusted costumer of your broadband service. But as the days passing on i am losing my trust on your prestigious company. I have ported from idea to Airtel to experience the best internet service. In the beginning it was really very good, but i don’t the reason why it’s happening like these, the internet services that your providing is the worst ever theese days. Even with a mobile with 5G network i don’t even get a speed of 3G, the charges that you were applying for the data given doesn’t value the network that your providing. And especially with the data pack, as soon as it completes 50% of data, the signal just becomes dumb, i can’t even a watsapp message, and it’s really disappointing that i don’t even use my mobile properly but it’s still consuming lots and lots of data, sometimes I even a get a message that 50% of my data was completed that too early in the morning, i don’t really understand who can use the mobile in such a way that too in the early morning, and this isn’t the case with me aloan, but is being faced by many other trusted costumers of your company. And not only your network, even the messages that you were providing were not working properly. Messages doesn’t sent or receive on time. I have been facing this problem since past few months and i have been raising this complaint now after losing my patience on the network and internet servics that your providing. I want you to take immediate action regarding my network issue and solve it as soon as possible.
