I have got a call from the company named Jo Tech where I was offered CAPTCHA work. To do the job I had to sign an agreement they provided and hence all the helpine numbers got removed. So basically I thought it was a false call. However, after 8 days were over ,I got a call from the advocate Subham Agarwal saying than since I did not complete the work. He asked me to pay the amount of Rs.5500. I refused and they threatened me with legal actions. They have sent me a mail again claiming that they have filed a complaint against me. This is totally not acceptable and I hope the consumer court helps me with this fraud.
