I ordered Cream Kanjivaram Silk Saree with Blouse on COD(cash on delivery).Date:-15/02/25.Today I received the order through EKART on 17/02/25 and paid the amount ₹848.
I told the delivery guy that I want to check the order but he denied and took the money, that too using UPI when told that it is COD he said no and said that you should pay it through UPI.When I opened the parcel it was a cheap pink color saree not even worth₹100. I want them to collect there product and return my money.
On the website it was mentioned that easy return is available but in reality there is no such option and only one payment method is available COD.
This is a case of forgery and I want you to take strict actions.
