On 17/06/19 while searching for means of earnings I came across this company Metrosis Enterprise. They offered me to fill 800 forms in 7 days. When I was to log in the site never opened. I tried many times but even with good network, site did not open. But then they started asking Rs. 17550 as maintenance charges of company for multiple logins. After I refused to pay money on 27/06/19 they sent me this message.

Then on 28/6/19 revieved a call he said

Your Case Has Been Registered At Rajkot District Court Near, Hospital Chowk, Lohana Para, Rajkot, Gujarat 360001. Case Type – Breaching Contract Of Metrosis Enterprise. Case Status – Approval In Progress Case number – UEL07/2019/317 Advocate Name:- Akshay Singhania +91 7046198237 Filing number -2019/319 FIR Number – AGR/BR/0911/L75 Under Act – IPC 73, 74.

Also i received a message quoting same as above. At 11:51Am.

Please look into it as soon as possible. Because they are exploiting already struggling youth and thus mentally torturing us.

Then after at 10:30am i received an e mail

Dear Freelancer,

This Is An Intimation From The Company Regarding Your Account
Deactivation & Further Procedure For Account Activation.
As Per The Agreement Held Between Our Company & Freelancer, Due To Your
Mistake, Company Is
Liable To Receive The Server Maintenance Amount From Your End. And As
Per The Telephonic Conversation,
The Amount of 7999/- INR Which You Are Paying To The Company For Server
Maintenance, Will Be Refunded To You
With Your Payment Only i.e. Once You Achieve 80% Accuracy Of The
Project.

IMP Note : 80% Accuracy Of The Project is Required For The Refund To Be
Initiated.
