Hi , I have ordered a Phone case through website beatrangi.com on April 5th2025 and received the phone case on April 13th 2025 with shiprocket. The phone case which i received is not the one I ordered it was completely different and I paid for it. When I tried to return and replacement i contact to customer support team no response the phone number was not in use. support@beatrangi.com/ customer care number: +91 84335 66046. What i need to do. I’m helpless I have uploaded photos of order details and company address.
