My jio internet has been out since 30th July 2023. I did as I am told by raising a complaint on their My Jio app. Next day nothing happened so I got in touch with their call centre through WhatsApp and also via audio call and they said they’ll look into it. Days weren’t by and everyday I kept calling and messaging but no use. I even called their jio fibre office but their reply on WhatsApp was ‘ok’. I have complained via umang app against them. I have a prepaid connection of 6 months that end in September and I have paid ₹4250. I have no jio internet for 6 days in a row. The jio engineer said yesterday on audio call that he won’t come. When I called him back he didn’t recieve the call.
